Honky dory TAB

A trailer for the new movie "Black Dynamite" is loose on the web. Now, you might see the trailer and wonder what I mean by new? Stock footage, re-edited 70`s flick? No, I mean new as its made this year. In true Grindhouse fashion, the directors and actors have undergone a heavy 70s "whack" on the movie and by god, its working. The movie looks 20-30 years old and litterly overrun with 70s blacksploitation, super campy acting and sets, Ridiculous dialoge and plot. Thats pretty difficult to pull off in 2008 without looking superbad. Even the cast looks of the era.

Plot: “This is the story of 1970s African-American action legend Black Dynamite. The Man killed his brother, pumped heroin into local orphanages, and flooded the ghetto with adulterated malt liquor. Black Dynamite was the one hero willing to fight The Man all the way from the blood-soaked city streets to the hallowed halls of the Honky House”

Dont you just love the plot?
